Any student who is accepted for enrollment in school must present the following document and fee, prior to enrollment date, for all programs:

1. Proof the student is beyond the age compulsory school attendance in Arkansas (if under 18, birth certificate is required)

2. A High School Diploma, GED or Transcript

3. Social Security Card

4. Photo Identification

5. $20 State Registration Fee

6. Teacher Training Students must hold a license in Cosmetology

NOTE: This school, under its admission policy, does not recruit students attending or admitted to another school offering a similar program of study.
